The Personal Storage files (.PST) in Outlook is the most
critical file a user who relies upon Outlook's e-mail and address book
for their e-mail communications.
If the PST file becomes corrupt, damaged or reaches the 2 GB file
size limit, it can lead to loss of important emails, information, saved documents,
important contact details, meeting schedules, appointments, calendar events
and other informative links in Outlook.
There are many issues that could affect the stability of an Exchange e-mail
Server. These include:
- E-mail Data Deleted by Mistake

the priv1.edb , pub1.edb or Information Store files. The Eseutil, Isinteg and
other utilities can delete valuable data.
